To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and ship the items back to us. All items must be unopened.

Returns by Mail

To start the return process, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a shipping label to print or a QR code to create one. You can then drop off the package at any Deutsche Post/DHL location.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
